I personal have used many different cosmetics and skin care lines over the years, from Cover Girl to Lancôme, and Noxzema to Oil of Olay.
As a woman, who drenched herself in baby oil to lie out in the sun, I have learn the effects of the sun and the value of good skin.
Good skin care is the foundation for your make-up and your finished look. The essentials of skin care are:

- Moisturizing
- Protecting
(applying foundation to keep moisture in and pollutants out)
What you do to your skin now whether good or bad will show on your face 10 year from now.
Your foundation, eye shadow, blush and lip stick should all enhance your natural skin tone. The shade that you use will be based on your seasonal color palette.
The colors you wear should accent your best features, give you a sense of pride and self confidence.
Daytime make-up should be applied with a light hand and evening make-up should be a little darker and more dramatic.
